Responsibilities职责:
1. Implement sales objectives and strategies for company's products in the defined segment within customers and distributors 贯彻执行公司产品在既定领域的销售目标和战略
2. Taking necessary actions to strengthen existing markets and identifies new market opportunities 巩固已有市场并拓展开发新市场
3. Responsible for marketing surveys, sales strategy, sales planning (volume)
负责市场调研，销售战略，销售计划
4. Responsible for Advertising、Publicity, Exhibition 负责市场广告、公关活动以及展览
5. In charge of the new business and projects and feasibility analysis
负责新业务及新项目的可行性分析
6. Providing technical supports and dealing with the feedback or other issues from end-users and distributors 给予客户技术支持并负责客户反馈意见的处理
7. Developing relationships within target customers at all levels including purchasing and product planning functions 协调与目标客户间的关系，包括采购、产品计划结构
8. Responsible for sales contract and receivable 负责销售合同及销售款回收
9. As the representative of company to communicate with customer regarding commercial issue a support to other departments for customer communication
作为公司的代表与客户就商务条款进行相应的沟通并支持其他部门与客户进行沟通
10. Responsible for management of documents related to commercial and sales
负责商务及销售相关的文档管理
11. Responsible for set-up and maintain related procedures, working instruction
负责建立流程、步骤的建立及维护
12. Responsible for company budget (sales volumes, sales price, new opportunity)
负责公司的预算工作（销售额，销售价格，新销售机会）
13. Observe, analyze and evaluate the market with regard to sales potential, competitor activity as well as work out the annual sales plan
负责市场及客户关于潜在销售、竞争对手的相关分析及评估工作并制定年度销售计划
14. Other tasks assigned by Superior 其他上级交办的工作

Requirements要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or automotive engineering is preferred
本科以上学历，机械或汽车工程专业优先
2. At least 5 years working experience with automotive industry and 3 years in management level is a major advantage 至少5年以上汽车行业背景，3年以上管理经验者优先
3. Good technical knowledge of related products and automotive technology
良好的汽车工艺及产品知识
4. Experience in automotive system is a plus 有汽车行业经验者优先
5. Good business/commercial sense and skill 良好的商务技能
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, willing to travel
较强的人际关系和沟通能力，能适应出差
7. Highly motivated and high level of resilience to cope with a rapidly changing business environment 工作积极主动并能高度适应快速变化的商务环境
8. Capable to work under pressure 能够在压力下出色地完成工作
9. Ability of reading, writing and oral communication in English 具有较强的英文听说读写能力
