3. Creation and Management Designers Team

4. Follow the new Projects Definitions

5. Manage the component's evolutions

管理零部件的更新

6. Interface with the headquarter Components team

与总部零部件团队接口

7. Support the activities of Purchase dept. For components localization

支持采购部零部件国产化

8. Use of Company Standard solution

运用公司标准设计和工作方法

9. Customer Interface for physical components

零部件设计的客户接口

10. Work with customers in order to drive and/or anticipate new technical requests

与客户一起使新的技术要求得以提前和正确实施

11. Follow the validation activities in China and in Italy

跟踪在意大利和在中国的试验认证工作

Requirements: 要求

1. Bachelor or above preferably in Mechanical Design

本科或以上学历，机械设计专业优先

2. Minimum 7-year relevant working experience preferably in an automotive Foreign Invested Company;

至少7年以上相关工作经验，汽车行业外商投资企业优先

3. Be familiar with the Catia softwares

熟悉Catia软件

4. Good PC skills especially for Ms-Office software

良好的电脑操作能力尤其是对Ms-Office软件

5. Good command of English in both spoken and written

英语听说读写能力良好

6. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

良好的沟通能力及人际关系
