Responsibilities职责:
1. Be Responsible as Expert of the Design for the assigned Product
作为专项产品的设计专家
2. Performance, lead the design according to customer performance requirement, international standards and engineer best practices. Support Component Manager in the Design Engineer work check
执行：指导设计符合客户的性能要求，国际标准和工程师的最佳经验。协助零部件经理的核对设计工程师的相关设计工作
3. Timing, assures the drawing, norms, calculation and specification according to the detail plan
时间：确保制图，标准，计算和技术条件按计划完成
4. Cost, optimize the product cost according to the offer documentation, including the support to PPL during PMD definition
成本：根据报价文件优化产品成本，包括在PMD定义中对PPL的支持
5. Quality, assures Product Quality target compliance through robust design approach and supports the Testing Engineer in the specification analysis
质量：确保设计方法能够保证产品质量，并支持测试工程师完成相关技术参数分析
6. Prototype, assures the prototype documentation is right and released on time
样件：保证样件有关文件的正确性和发布的及时性

Requirements要求:
1. University degree or above, majored in engineering or automotive
工程或汽车专业本科以上学历
2. More than 5 year’s relevant engineering or design experience
5年以上设计相关工作经验
3. Professional in CAD tool
熟练运用CAD软件
4. Good communication & fast learning
良好的沟通能力和优秀的学习能力
5. Good command of English
良好的英文沟通能力
