Responsibilities职责:

1、According to process requirement, select model and audit parameter for new facility

根据生产工艺要求，对新购进设备选型和参数审核

2、Carry out affirmation of facility capacity in pre-acceptance phase and routine support production process to make related files

执行预验收阶段的设备能力确认及日常辅助生产工艺制定相关文件

3、According to the status of facility to make PM and TPM plan and monitor the effect of implement from maintenance technician.

根据设备状态制定有效的PM和TPM计划，并监督维修人员的实施效果

4、Plan and manage for technical parameter and facility of electricity, water, gas, fuel gas compress air对电、水、汽、燃气、压缩空气等各种能源的技术参数、设备进行规划、管理

5. New production equipment planning, acceptance

新项目相关的设备计划，设备验收

6. Register and manage all of the partial equipments for production, create operation and maintenance regulation, maintenance and repairing plan etc, documents, and organize to execute them

对公司内部分生产用设备进行管理，登记，制定操作维护规程、维修、大修计划等文件，并组织执行

7. Responsible for designing and implementing of equipment improvement

根据公司的生产需要，负责设备改造的设计与实施工作

Requirements要求:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or automotive engineering is preferred

本科以上学历，机械或汽车工程专业优先

2. At least 8 years work experience and 3 years in plant technology management

8年以上工作经验，3年以上工厂技术管理工作经验

3. Familiar with the theory of hydraulic pressure and pneumatic control system, On top of the theory of PLC of electric system

熟练掌握液压系统和气动系统原理，练掌握电气系统的PLC控制原理

4、Can skilled program for the preparation of NC and CNC machining centers, machining technical background, are familiar with fixture design, tool grinding, tooling design, capable to give reasonable proposals

能熟练编制数控车和数控加工中心的程序，了解机械加工知识，熟悉夹具的设计，刀具的刃磨，对工装设计提出合理的建议

5. Know well corresponding EHS regulation

懂得EHS相关规定

6. Ability of reading, writing and oral communication in English

具有较强的英文听说读写能力

7. Good skills on communication, leadership, and people management

良好的沟通、领导和人员管理经验

8. Capable to work under pressure

能够在压力下出色地完成工作
