Requirement:

• Check original expense claims and arrange cash reimbursement; Prepare petty cash for China staff required
• Prepare cash handbook and cash management; Prepare the cash reconciliation at the end month;
• Check original invoice payment requests for bank payments
• Arrange bank payment; Check bank payment & prepare the bank reconciliation at month end;
• Check cash & bank balance with Beijing office at month end;
• Summarize the sales cost for Beijing office
• Prepare the package of original accounting file to Beijing office;
• Maintain & update fixed assets & depreciation;
• Prepare internal monthly expenses reports, monitor expenses against budgets;
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirement including taxation obligation;

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES:

• 1-3 years relevant experience.
• Accounting qualification or similar
• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
