Research Manager / Senior Research Executive 定性研究经理 / 高级主管
(Qualitative Market Research)
Positions based at Shanghai,
Responsibilities:
Assist in growing the qualitative research business
Maintain close client contact and build relationships with key clients
Recommend research alternatives, develop study designs and write proposals
Provide clients with high quality research in both local and regional research work
Moderate focus group discussions and conduct in-depth interviews
Manage a team of staff to maximize their potential in both research and client services
Requirements:
Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Psychology or Communications
A postgraduate degree in Marketing or MBA is preferred.
Must have solid experience in market research, brand consulting, advertising or FMCG
Sound knowledge of research design and strong analytical skills
Excellent business development and client service skills
Excellent spoken and written English
At least 3 years working experience in Market Research Industry
