QUALITATIVE RESEARCH DIRECTOR/ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
SHANGHAI BASED
YOU:
Are a passionate research professional with at least 6 years handson experience in a reputable market research organization.
Are an inspiring leader of your team, your projects and your clients, with a successful track record of outstanding achievement.
Are effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
Have wide ranging servicing experience, especially with blue-chip FMCG companies.
Possess excellent business development skills.
Enjoys challenges and possess a well-honed sense of humour.

THE JOB:
Lead and manage teams of young professionals to implement projects that support the growth of our clients' business.
Enhance existing client relationships and develop new clients in a dynamic, competitive, research environment.
Deliver handson research management, proposal, analysis and presentations; ensuring consistently high quality an timely delivery of projects.
Nurture, mentor and develop staff to optimise their potential and provide career development opportunities.
Strategize and develop plans to grow the qualitative research and consulting business.
Work closely with regional colleagues to develop new products and solutions, which will have pan- Asian applications.
