Quality Assurance

Location: Shanghai
Job Description:

1. Analyze product requirements, create test plans, and identify deliverables.
2. Execute testing tasks and report status, escalate issues as appropriate.
3. Front-end/back-end testing are needed
4. Coordinate and lead efforts for group testing on a project basis
5. Customer support and management
6. Identify project risks and recommend actions to minimize risk.
7. Ability to track defects from discovery through resolution.
8. Detail oriented with consideration of all aspects of the testing cycle.
9.
Requirement:

1. College degree in computer science, finance/accounting and related fields;
2. Experience testing applications on MS-Windows
3. Excellent in exploratory testing techniques.
4. 1-2 years of experience in software testing or web development
5. Possess solid understanding of both testing process and testing methodologies
6. Familiarity with C# & .Net & SQL is preferred.
7. 1+ year in HR related experience.
8. Be familiar with the employee management, performance review and payroll policy.
9. Excellent PC skill, particularly Excel
10. Team player and leadership quality is required
