岗位职责Responsibilities：

· 协助项目经理对现场的施工进度、施工质量、施工安全等进行统筹规划，并领导各专业工程师、安全工程师/安全经理对其进行有效的管理；
Assist project manager in planning of construction process, quality and safety, and supervise all disciplines of engineers and safety engineer/manager.
· 协助项目经理对项目全过程各阶段的工程档案管理进行统筹规划，并领导各专业工程师对其进行有效的管理；
Assist project manager in planning of project documents administration in all phases, and supervise all disciplines of engineers.
· 协助项目经理、业主方对市政公用设施接驳方进行统筹规划，并领导各专业工程师对其进行有效的管理；
Assist project manager, with support from client, to communicate with relevant authorities on project submission.
· 协助项目经理对施工现场发生的费用变更进行有效的管理；
Assist project manager to carry out efficient management of change orders occurred on site.
· 协助项目经理与业主进行有效的沟通；
Assist project manager in communication with clients efficiently.
· 协助项目经理对项目的设计阶段、招投标阶段进行统筹规划，并协助项目经理进行有效的管理工作；
Assist project manager in planning and management in design and tender invitation & submission.

任职资格 Requirements：

室内设计专业本科，及以上学历
.Bachelor degree (or higher level) in Interior Design Diploma
至少三年以上工作经验，并最少具有三年以上专卖店装修施工经验，或总包方管理经验，或甲方管理经验
.at least 3 years experience in retail brands site construction ，or work as a GC or work for Part A
语言表达清晰，良好的沟通能力、及表达能力；
.Good communication and interpersonal skills with clear expression.
身体健康，能够满足全国各地长期出差的需要；
.Physically fit and with good health for working outstation in various provinces of China.
英语口语流利、英语书面表达通畅；
.Good and fluency in written and spoken English.
