Responsibilities:


·Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support for our existing clients within the China & East Asia market.
·Assist our local China sales representatives on technical issues.
·Testing environment maintenance and management, as well as showing demo show to the customers.
·Promote GL products by various marketing effort


Requirements:

·Applicant must be self-starter and self-motivated.
·3 + working experience in the Telecom/Telephony Industry.
·An understanding of T1/E1 networks, STM-1/STM-4, VoIP, and PC architecture is desirable.
·The ability to speak and understand English is a must. Translation skills, both verbal and written, are highly desirable.
·Customer oriented and result driven
