GENERAL PURPOSE
To be responsible for shipping issues of Wal-Mart DI, Best Buy DI and Target DI, BV shipment, non-DI shipment follow up.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

HK & SZ Warehouse management
? Warehouse inbound, outbound and goods receiving process in SAP systems.
? Physical inventory for products stock in HK warehouse regularly.
? Check up the warehouse expense with logistics provider monthly.
? Annual physical inventory arrangement and follow up.
?
Shipping Operation
? Book shipping space ( Contact with customers forwarder, booking 7-20 days advance the Delivery date, get information from customers and suppliers to fulfill booking sheet. Prepare full shipping documents: Invoice/Packing list/CO or Form A/ B/L etc.)
? FCL/LCL operation & trailer arrangement ( Arrange Milk Run transportation from suppliers to loading port or arrange LCL operation from factory to Customs Supervised Warehouse )
? Customs declaration (Prepare documents to Customs declaration agent or submit the documents to Customs directly for clearance.)
? Process inbound delivery, goods receiving step in SAP system.
? Transfer shipping information and documents to US office, BV office, AP sales relative dept and Finance Department and for settlement (B/L /Commercial Invoice /Packing list /Shipping information )
? Local charges, freight payment application.

Vendor shipment monitor
? Offer shipping instructions to all vendors.
? Follow up or coordinate for important or urgent air/ocean shipments.
? CFS consolidation shipment operations
? ISF filing for all the FCL shipments to Milestone USA.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
? Excellent verbal and communication skills
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Computer literate (MS Office) with experience in ERP, SAP is preferred.
? Proficient in domestic logistics operation, esp. the logistics operation for supply to national retailers of household appliance industry
? Exact, considerate and looking to the details
? with a high sense of responsibility and work under pressure, work in team sales environment & Motivated, self-starter who desires success
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
? College degree or above, male or female, 24-30
? Min. 2-year logistics experience

Preferred Qualifications:
? Candidate with similar experience at famous TV brand or national household appliance chain store would be preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
? May require regular ground travel to other company facilities within local metropolitan area
? Long-distance or international air travel as needed
