Responsibilities:
1) Handling post contract issues, such as documents preparation, arrange the signature from both parties, etc.
2) Close communication with counterparties, to be alert to avoid potential issues in contract execution. Collect and summarize business intelligence from counterparties.
3) Update and summarize daily trade log, analysis and prepare report to trading desk or other internal functions
4) Support trading desk to collect, process market statistics and reports
5) Support operation team in CXL, PnL update, acting as backup for operation team or other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:
1) 2-3 years' experience in commodity trading execution.Experience in petrochemicals or related industry will be a plus.
2) Familiar with various aspects in trading operation (contract / shipping / LC / documentation, etc. )
3) Good communicator internally as well as with external stakeholders.
4) Deep understanding of business environment, culture and counterparties’ behaviors in China and Asia.
5) Team player, diligent and pro-active in working.
6) Fluent in English and Mandarin, skillful in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc., as well as professional software like SAP, CXL.
