Key Accountabilities:
To organize the good operation of production site so that the products meet the requests of quality, delivery time and quantity etc according to the procedures. The main targets are:
1. Build up strong industrial teams in plant operation.
2. Implement standard production process and process control to support sales development.
3. Increase production line flexibility and capacity.
4. Increase stock management level.
5. Lead the QC team in laboratory to fulfill the testing responsibilities in line with the quality control standards issued by R&D Dept
6. Implement the strategic investment plan in the plant.
The concrete duties and responsibilities are follows:
(1)take overall charge of the routine administration of plant.
(2)take charge of the spatial and time organization, plan, control and management.
(3) accord. to ISO 9001& 14001 requirements, take charge of the realization of the company quality guideline and QS documents in Production Department and in laboratory, as well as the management of process documents.
(4)set up the production plan according to the sales plan, implement the production dispatch, management and control.
(5)utilization, administration and maintenance of production equipments along with the watching and measurement equipments, as well as watching- & measurement instruments in laboratory.
(6)make marks on the raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, consummate the storage administration, decrease the loss and keep the consumption reasonable.
(7)build periodically the purchase plan of raw materials and auxiliary materials, place order to suppliers in the frame sourcing contract in coordination with Purchasing Dept.
(8)take charge of the timely disposal of unqualified products.
(9)recycle and reutilization of scraps.
(10)organize the technical position training in Production Department, and in laboratory, implement the QS documents in line with the request of R&D dept, implement the QS documents and organize the safety training.
(11)carry out the inspection to the fulfillment of procedures and institutions and advance the documents.
(12)instruct and stimulate the working performances of junior in Production Department.
(13)Participate to the budget preparation.
(14) Decide the production demands in the facilities and personnel aspects.
(15) Decide the responsibilities and authority of the subordinates.
(16) Keep the liaison with the DTI of SGW, keep the monthly records of international production indicators, take part in the int’l technical meetings and discussions.

Qualification Requirements
* Typical Education Level：University degree or above, intermediate technical engineer certification or above, with safety management certificate
* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills：minimum 5 years plant mmt experience in manufactory. At least 3 years EHS experience in industry and manufacturing environment in China with exposure to human and/or environmental crisis.
Good knowledge of law and regulation.Fluent English. Good computer skill.
Abilities, personal characteristics and competencies：good management and leadership capabilities. Loyal, good communication skills, self-motivated, good team spirit, work under pressure.
