Job Duties :

• Work directly with clients to manage expectations during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining open lines of communication between the company & the client and ensuring any enquiries are expeditiously handled
• Ensure all client(s) requirements and other relevant information are appropriately captured and communicated to relevant staff, in a timely manner
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
• Work with sales teams closely to prepare correct information for sampling and production.
• Responsible for the co-ordination of daily operational activities in new product development and production.
• Work with QA team to ensure all products meet both buyer’s requirements and product specifications.
• Order tracking includes performing all co-ordination activities in pre-production preparation to ensure quality and delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Fashion, Garment or related industries.
• At least 6 years working experience in garment textile industry
• At least 3 years of solid Project Management experience
• Must have extensive experience in dealing directly with clients
• Must have Project Management experience
• Must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively
• Must be extremely detail-orientated and possess excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Must have the ability to exercise initiative and good judgment
• Must possess attentive listening skills with the ability to extract key information
• Due the fast moving nature of the industry the candidate must be flexible and have the ability to change priorities according to business needs
• Fluency in English and Mandarin a must
• International experience is highly regarded
• Able to motivate and focus others
