Sales Manager

Job Duties :

1. Business Strategy – Utilizes sound judgment to develop a sales/business strategy to attract and attain the new business and existing business.
2. New Business Development – Networks, increases and maintains current knowledge of business opportunities, including different types of products on the markets, etc; and will develop business channels and penetrate key accounts in Greater China and Hong Kong markets.
3. Account Management - Maintain proficiency in all uniform sales products, services and business processes. Demonstrate to the customer the value proposition of our products and services to meet their business objectives.
4. Customer Satisfaction - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, act with a sense of competitive urgency to develop a personal and location culture whereby all customer inquiries are handled expediently and in the best interest of the customer and Cintas.

Job Requirements :

1. Degree holder in Business Administration, Textiles, Marketing or related industries.

2. Must have at least 3 years of successful sales track record of apparel, textiles or garment related trade.

3. Must be able to respond to client requests with a positive sense of urgency and professionalism.

4. Must able to develop and deliver a formal presentation to generate new clients and grow sale with established clients.

5. Must detail-orientated, articulate, organized and motivated. Strong commitment to deliver results and ability to work within a global company.

6. Excellent command of rapport building skills and fluently conversant in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

7. Must be willing to travel frequently.
