Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist Trade Fair Manager on team management;
2. Establish fair positioning & marketing strategies;
3. Leading team members to fulfill sales targets;
4. Handle operations’ logistics, fringe programs, client servicing and promotional activities;
5. Keeping good relationship with partners, concept development;
6. Require to travel local and overseas for fair promotion;
7. Work closely with the colleagues in Hong Kong, Germany & global rep. offices.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree in any disciplines;
2. At least 6-8 years solid experiences in exhibition industry or event;
3. With marketing and operations experience;
4. Mature, able to work under pressure & independently;
5. Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
6. Enthusiastic and enjoy to meet people at all levels;
7. Detail-minded, well-organized, result oriented and having sharp business sense;
8. Good command of spoken and written English, CET6 is required, TEM 8 is preferred;
9. Willing to travel to overseas.
