Job Responsibility:
●Resposibility for genset expert
负责发电机产品的出口工作。
●Build distribution network in assigned area, complete sales target in assigned area, promote company products
and brand
在所辖区域建立销售网络, 完成所辖区域的销售任务，推广公司产品和品牌
●According to the company overall operating strategy, to extract the appropriate mode of operation of the
regional markets; participate in the formulation and implementation of various marketing programs
根据公司整体运营策略，提炼出适合各区域市场的运作模式；参与制定各类市场推广方案并实施
●Completion of monthly, quarterly and year-end sales forecasts for the region, Regularly report working situation
完成月度、季度和年底区域销售预测，定期汇报工作情况
●Establish a good relationship with key customers, timely feedback customer information, improving customer satisfaction
与重点客户建立良好关系，及时反馈客户信息，提高客户满意度
●Follow up key projects to improve the success rate of sales
跟进重点项目，提高销售成功率
●All kinds of support including market, technical, supervise motivate and monitor distributor, enhance their faithfulness to company, Harmonize cooperation between distributor and different department of factory
对经销商进行市场和技术等各方面的支持，管理监控经销商销售行为，激励其占有更多的市场份额，增强其品牌忠诚度, 协调经销商与工厂其它部门的工作衔接



Job Requirement:
●More than 3 years experience in sales, preferably in generator & generating set manufacturing industry.
三年以上的出口机电产品销售经验，发电机组制造厂商工作经验优先。
●Perferably training of electrical or mechnical products preferably training of sales & marketing.
有机电类产品受训经验者优先。
●Strong communicate ability, good affinity, learn and accept new knowlege, fast, desire for exertion, no fraid hard work, have collectivism, open & direct & clear personality, ability to work independently.
沟通能力强，善于学习和人打交道，亲和力强，学习和吸收新事物能力强，有上进心和拼搏精神，不怕吃苦，有团队精神，个性开朗直率，在能力范围内独立解决问题。
●College english degree 4 or above, fluent oral english
大学英语四级，口语熟练。
●Familiar with Office software and Email
能熟练应用办公软件，收发Email.
●Willing to travel
能适应国外出差

Himoninsa (Changzhou) is a wholly owned company invested by Himoninsa group in 2004. It is located in Jiangsu Wujing High and New District. The whole occupied area is 60k square meters. The building occupied area is about 30k square meters. The total investment is about 20 million USD. We will follow Himoninsa's global culture to provide the generators in advanced technology and excellent quality.

In March 2009, we set up the sales office in Shanghai. The address is Huawen International Building, No. 999 Zhongshan West Road.
In March 2010, we set up the sales office in Beijing. The address is Jiatai International building, No 41 Sihuan Road, Chaoyang district.
