Summary of Job Function:

工作职责

Be responsible for lean implementing

Specific Responsibilities:

具体职能

1.Lean/CI implementation of processes for manufacturing operations as needed to support.

2.Value Stream Model in all areas of manufacturing, participate in kaizens, implement quick change tooling, sustain 5S and offer lean operating principles throughout production flow.etc.

3.Candidates must be proficient with equipment and process improvement, hands on with trouble shooting and be able to recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing work flow, relocating work stations and equipment, and purchasing of required equipment.

4.Knowledge of Standard Work, 6S, Value Stream Mapping, DMAIC Problem Solving, Kaizen, Lot Sizing, -Level Scheduling and Pull Principles.

5.Other assigned work.

Know-How Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or Industrial Engineering.

2.At least 2 years experience in lean management, preferably in the auto or similar industry.

3.Practical leading experience in lean production.

4.Systematic working style and good leadership skills.

5.Fluent in both spoken and written English.

6.Team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
