Main Job Responsibilities 主要职责
1. Handle customer call and enquiries on warranty and technical issues
接听客户来电，处理客户有关质保和技术方面的问题
2. Maintain daily log of customer issues
每天做好客户情况记录
3. Manage centralized service reports and documentation
集中管理服务部报告和资料
4. Maintain a set of weekly / monthly service reports
统计完成每周、每月服务部报告
5. Handle customer quotation on spare parts
处理客户的备件报价


职位要求：
1. Must possess electrical and mechanical background , College degree
机电专业背景，大专以上学历
2. 3-5 years engineering or technical experience
3-5年工程或技术方面工作经验
3. Able to handle ERP / Microsoft office (including MS Word and MS Excel)
熟练运用ERP和办公软件（包括Word 和 Excel）
4. Able to communicate clearly
良好的沟通能力
5. Good command of spoken and written English
良好的英语说、写能力
