Senior/Lead Process Engineer

Job Description:
The employee's responsibilities are:
· Design and optimize scalable processes for biotech or pharmaceutical factory in close cooperation with other disciplines
· Select process equipment and determine critical process parameters relevant for design of production process or scale-up
· Design, optimize, and specify new process equipment; compile user requirement documents
· Qualify process equipment according to cGMP

General tasks:
The employee must undertake the basic activities in connection with project execution:
Conceptual Design
· Work independently with Conceptual Design from the process point of view. Be able to accomplish:
· Process Module Diagram
· Preparation of process building layout together with architects.
· Personnel and material flows
· Process capacity calculations
· Utility concepts and consumptions
Basic design
· Establishment of User Requirements Specifications (URS)
· Analysis of supplier quotations for machinery & equipment, comparison & selection
· Initial HSE evaluation
· Risk Assessment
· PFD, Process Flow Description
· PID, Piping & Instrumentation Diagram
Detailed Design
· Tender materials and ordering of machinery & equipment
· Establishment of project plan
· Supplier follow-up
· Design Review

Other activities:
· Coordination between customers, suppliers, QA, technical purchasing
· Secure planning of test items
· Financial status & follow-up
· Overview of the project
· Writing or reviewing FAT, SAT and give input to IQ and OQ protocols and test plans
· Managing of FAT, SAT, IQ and OQ

Qualification:
· The employee must have open communication and cooperation with management and department colleagues.
· It is expected that the employee actively participate in one or more projects or work groups and act as a team player.
· The employee is also responsible for having a professional communication with contractors and supplier and represent NNE Pharmaplan the best way possible.
· English is cooperate language, and all employees are expected to speak English.
· Lead Engineer shall have ability to lead process team up to 15 members.
· BSc or MSc.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for senior engineer At least 10 years working experience for Lead Engineer.
