岗位职责：
1) 接听、转接电话，传真件的收发工作，接待来访人员；
2) 负责办公室的文秘、信息、机要和保密工作，及办公室档案收集、整理工作；
3) 负责公司公文、信件、邮件、报刊杂志的订阅及分送；
4) 负责办公物品的保管工作，做好物品出入库的登记；
5) 管理好员工人事档案材料, 建立、完善员工人事档案的管理，严格借档手续。
6) 管理办公各种财产,定期采购办公用品并交纳电话费、物业费、办公设备租金等办公支出；
7) 接受其他临时工作。

要求：
1) 大学专科以上学历；
2) 长相甜美，身材匀称，普通话标准、吐字清晰；
3) 待人接物礼貌得体，熟悉常用的商业礼仪及用语；
4) 能熟练使用Windows Office软件进行行政事务电子文档管理；
5) 有服务精神，工作细致有条理，纪律性强，有责任心。
