职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
1. Daily import, export & return handling and control, including transportation by air, by sea and by express via various ports;
- Communicate closely with domestic suppliers to obtain shipment details. Provide necessary instructions to suppliers based on actual requirements.
- Work out full set of shipping documents for customs clearance&customer, track the procedures until cargoes arrive at destination safety.
- Work with related agent or CIQ to do certificate application, declaration, inspection, etc.
2. 3PL Management and internal communication
- Manage and maintain sound relationship with logistics suppliers,
- Analyze products and optimize customs declaration and transportation strategies to support company business and control cost
- Communicate with internal dept. and Inter-company to pass documents and info.
Requirements：
1. More than 3 years of experience in International trading or relevant jobs (preferably in a chemical industry)2. International trading or relevant majors of bachelor degree
3. Handle complaints independently in a timely manner
4. Good command in MS Office tools such as Excel, Words, etc.
5. Good command on written & spoken English
6. Team player and able to work independently
7. Self-motivated, creative and analytical thinking, hardworking with good work ethic
