POSITION OBJECTIVE / 职位目标:
Conducts analytical studies on engineering proposals to develop designs for tools utilizing and applying engineering principals, research data, and proposed specifications. Analyzes engineering proposals, process requirements, and related technical data pertaining to design to determine feasibility of proposal / 为开发工具利用的设计，及应用工业原理，研究数据与建议规格，进行工程提案的分析型研究。分析工程提案，工艺要求，及设计相关技术数据以确定提案的可行性

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES /责任与活动:
· Perform assigned tasks meeting the organization's expectations for quality, schedule and process compliance /执行任务达到与组织期望的质量，日程计划表与工艺目标的符合性
· Develops solutions to complex problems, which require ingenuity and innovation / 运用独创新与创新性，开发复杂问题的解决方案
· Supports the development of processes, methods, and tools / 工艺，方法与工具开发的支持工作
· Applies program technical requirements into work requirements, processes, and tasks / 把项目技术要求应用到工作需求，工艺与任务中去
· Translates program/customer technical requirements into processes/tools / 把项目/客户技术需求应用到工艺/工具中去
· Maintains tools and process documentation / 维护工具与工艺文件
· Ensures compliance to customer Engineering processes / 确保与客户工程工艺的一致性
· Provide process and tools coordination and communication / 协调与沟通工具工艺相关问题
· Investigate process/tool issues and identify solutions / 调查工艺/工具问题并确认解决方案
· Provide process and technical engineering trainings / 提供工艺及技术工程培训
· Provide weekly info session / 召开每周信息会议
· Provide test report / 提供测试报告
· Provide reporting status / 报告项目进展状况
· Other duties may be assigned / 其他可能被分配到的任务

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历 :
A. Educational Qualifications /教育资格
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, and Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent engineering degree / 电气，机械航天航空相关领域工程学学士学位
B. Work Experience - Technical Knowledge / 工作经历 - 专业知识
· Up to 3 years of experience in an engineering classification / 多达三年的工程类工作经验
· lean six sigma black belt / 精益六西格玛黑带
· 2 years Aerospace industry (preferred) / 2年航空工业经验
C. Professional Skills /专业技能
· Knowledge of engineering principles, theories, technologies, and concepts / 工程原则，理论，技术与概念知识
· Understanding of configuration management / 理解配置管理
· Able to understand technical data / 能够理解技术数据
· Capable of resolving design issues by means of problem solving methodologies / 根据问题解决方法论解决设计问题
· Fluent in English (Written and verbal) / 流利的英语口语及书面表达能力
· Ability to learn and work with MS Office computer applications / 电脑办公软件学习及应用能力
