POSITION OBJECTIVE / 职位目标:
Ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management System by increasing the level of customer satisfaction through the fulfilment of contractual requirements,regulatory reaching business objectives. / 通过达到合同以及规章的要求提高客户满意度，来确保质量管理体系的有效实施，并取得业务目标。

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES /责任与活动:
Product Realization / 产品实现
· Ensure the product meet the customer and applicable specifications and it is free of defects through the product-process control / 通过产品 - 工艺的管理控制来确保产品达到客户及适用规格的要求及无不合格品。
· Lead and manage Quality engineers in their specific tasks and ensure quality goals and objectives are met / 在特定的任务中领导与管理质量工程师以及确保达成质量目标。
· Define, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the plans and activities of quality implementation and monitoring of the 10-step methodology / 定义，监控与评估质量实施规划与活动的绩效，并监督10步走方法论。


Corrective-Preventive actions Process / 纠正-预防措施程序
· Document and track corrective actions and preventive measures as well as verification of their effectiveness in the company CA/PA system / 创建与跟进纠正措施与预防措施，同时在公司CA/PA系统验证其绩效。

Customer Communication / 与客户的沟通交流
· Establishing direct communication with customers regarding quality issues, response actions and track customer satisfaction problems / 在质量问题方面与客户建立直接联系，做出回应并跟进客户在相关问题上的满意度。


Introduction of new products and processes / 新产品与新工艺的引进
· Maintain the FAI process for ensuring the introduction of new products,processes and engineering changes.Validation of new components, FAI’s and tools, etc / 为确保新引进的产品，工艺以及工程更改，而维护其首件检验程序。确认新部件，首件检验程序及新工具等。

Control of documents and records / 文件及记录的控制
· Generation, review, validation, implementation and maintenance of process and product documentation necessary in IMS / IMS中必要程序与产品文件的创建，评审，验证，实施与维护。

Employee training and certification / 员工的培训与认证
· Provide OJT’s as required due to quality issues, training deltas, flow down of documents, training modules, etc / 按照要求就质量问题，培训资料，文件传播，培训模块等为员工进行在职培训。

Support to receiving inspection / 验收支持
· Providing effective feedback to receiving inspection of the quality of supplied parts / 为所供应零件的质量提供验收的有效反馈。
Continous improvement process / 持续改善程序
· Define and provide the required resources to carry out the activities and continous improvement iniatives / 定义与提供所需资源以推进活动与持续改善活动。
· Leading improvement projects necessary for the fulfilment of business objectives / 领导改善项目为达成业务目标的必要条件。
Audit process / 审核程序
· Conducting product and process audits, monitoring and verification of the actions resulting from them as well as providing feedback to the overall process for improving audit and control / 实施产品与工艺的审核，监督与验证其衍生措施，同时为所有改善程序的审核与控制提供反馈。
· Ensure all required audits to the company (internal and external) are properly attended and items addressed / 确保参与公司所需审核（内部与外部）以及落实相关问题。

Support Program / 项目支持
· Collection and analysis of performance data of different quality indicators to take action / 收集与分析不同质量指标的绩效数据。
· Coordinate activities and resources to support quality programs / 协调资源与活动以支持质量项目。
· Monitor and improve performance of quality engineers and inspectors / 监督与改善质量工程师与质检员的绩效。
· Maintain and control area budget concerning staff (direct and indirect) / 维护与控制区域内的预算，包括员工的预算。（直接与非直接的）
· Control of operating expenses and investments / 控制操作成本与投资。
· Control maintenance and improvement processes for the departments of wire preparation, electrical test and calibration / 控制部门的线束准备，电气测试与校准的维护与改善程序。

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历 :
A. Educational Qualifications /教育资格
· Bachelor degree from college or university / 大学本科或大专学历。
· Industrial Engineering career or equivalent / 工业工程领域工作经验或同等经历。
B. Work Experience - Technical Knowledge / 工作经历 - 专业知识
· 5 years of experience as a leader in a Quality position in a manufacturing environment / 5年制造业环境质量主管岗位工作经验。
· Experience working under ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems and environmental systems / 具有ISO 9001或AS 9100质量体系或环境体系工作经验。
· Experience performing component level and product level FAI process / 曾参与部件与产品级别首件检验程序经验。
· Experience defining and performing continuous improvement projects / 定义与实施持续改善项目经验。
C. Professional Skills /专业技能
· AS9100, ISO 9001 quality systems management at product manufacturing level / 产品制造级别的AS 9001，ISO 9001质量体系管理经验。
· Problem solving and planning techniques such as 8D’s, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, etc. / 解决问题与进行技术规划如8D, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA,等。
· Excellent project management skills / 卓越的项目管理技能。
· Fluent English writing and speaking proficiency / 英语流利的书写及熟练的听说能力。
· People administration / 人员的管理。
D. Behavioural Skills /行为技能
· Analytic, organized, problem solution and negotiation / 分析，组织问题解决与协商能力。
· Able to work under pressure / 能够在重压之下工作。

· Basic financial concepts / 财务方面基本概念的了解。
· Certified Green Belt or Black Belt / 取得绿带或黑带认证。
