该职位会base在浦东祝桥工厂

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:

Ensure that the pricing of contracts allows for future profitability of program

Support negotiations through discriminating acceptable clauses and specifications.

Document& track all applicable contractual elements on Program scope.

Manage all evaluations in contract scope for C919

Missions& Tasks:

Prepare contract negotiation.

Collect all existing contractual elements involved in program.

Model activities & define a baseline & scenarios for negotiations of contract.

Support Program Manager as well as GM in the negotiation,

Document & track all applicable contractual reference on program in an up-to-date referential.

Collect all requests from the customer & check them vs. contractual commitments.

Decide what requests included in the Program’s contractual scope.

For requests beyond scope of contract, prepare negotiation with customer.

Identify transverse impact;Identify & model conditions for acceptance.

Prepare contractual documentation in coordination with Legal.

Contract requirements management

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor+/5 years+ working experience

Extensive experience /knowledge of practices and procedures in aerospace industry

Experience of several activities across aircraft program

Technical/ commercial background, prior negotiation experience & understanding of finance issues

Strong leadership/ independence, readiness for negotiations in a tense environment

Good written and oral communication skills, written and oral professional English, team spirit.
