Responsibility:
1. Responsible for task estimation, review of requirement specifications, development of
Low level / high level technical designs in the project.
2. Task break-down to team members; prioritization, dealing with tradeoffs and dependencies.
3. Managing and troubleshooting technical aspects of the project.
4. Execute and moderate technical reviews of deliverables.
5. Ensure delivery as per plan and the quality of deliverables as agreed.
6. Contribute as an individual developer.
7. Ensure proper development and utilization of H/W and S/W infrastructure.
8. Ensure that all project records are maintained as per defined processes.

Requirement:
1. Expert in Java, J2EE technologies.
2. Experience developing SOAP-based web services.
3. Proven experience in designing and implementing high performance scalable applications in
Java based technologies.
4. Strong experience in Web and Application servers.
5. Should have knowledge about the workings of the server, with in depth knowledge of
databases (MS-SQL Server).
6. Strong code review, debugging and trouble shooting skills.
7. Should have knowledge about complete SDLC and good familiarity with agile development
methods.
8. Strong technical communication skills (English a must have).
9. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
10.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
