工作职责：
1. 开发日本市场的供应商客户
2. 通过电话销售、网络培训、客户拜访等方式，为客户提供顾问型、方案型的服务
3. 与客户签约并负责收款，完成每月销售目标
4. 根据公司日本业务发展战略，寻找，挖掘，开拓日本业务的合作伙伴，维护及管理各类合作伙伴资源及关系

职位要求:
1. 本科以上学历，一年以上的销售经验
2. 具有2年以上的日本留学或工作经验，极佳的日语听说读写能力，日本籍人士更佳
3. 具有敏锐的市场洞察力、较强的学习能力及专业的销售能力、客户谈判技巧
4. 乐观、热情、积极进取、为人正直，敢于面对压力和挑战

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for data collection & clean-up in Japan region. Call pre-qualified sales leads to qualify the prospect.
2. Analyze prospect suppliers/buyers, visit suppliers/buyers to describe the Mfg product(s) and generate interest in an appropriate MFG subscription, make sale & collect payment to meet monthly individual sales target and increase sales credit in Japan region.
3. Maintain good relation with all suppliers/buyers from these regions, provide service and support to them and responsible for the renewal.
4. According to business development strategies in Japan, looking for, mining and developing Japan's business partner, maintain and manage all kinds of resources and partnership

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than one year sales experience
2. More than 2 years study or working experience in Japan.Fluent verbal and written Japanese. Native speaker will be a plus.
3. Excellent communication, presentation and selling skills.
4. Self-motivated and able to stay on task.
