Objective of Job:
? Analysis of dealer and district sales performance
? Assist in preparing management report and other report routinely
? Formulate sales KPI based on the data collection and follow up it
? Dealer incentive programs planning and execution
Qualifications:

? Result oriented
? Strong business and market focus
? Commitment to quality using a process driven approach.
Functionality Skills and Technical skills
? Excellent skills working with Microsoft Office applications (namely Microsoft Excel and PPT)
? Good skills with SPSS, Eviews and SAP practice
? Demonstrated proficiency in mathematical and financial logics
? Fluent written and verbal communication in English
Mgt and Leadership Skills
? Strong analytical and reporting skills
? Ability to persuade and influence people
? Ability to develop good working relationships and be a sound team player
? Good time management, efficiency seeking and continuous improvement
Experience and education
? Master degree with mathmatics, statistics, econometrics, economics, finance or business
? Minimum 3 years working experience in the analytical function
? Automotive and consultancy background would be a strong plus
