Job description
1. Interview FT teachers.
2. Provide new FT teacher orientation for new comers.
3. New FT teacher's orientation and observations to be done as quickly as possible to enable the teachers to adjust to school's teaching methods and style.
4. Provide on-site training.
5. Observe Classes and provide report
6. Informing the director about the FT teacher's progress or decline in class.
7. Evaluate FT teachers' working performance every session
8. Maintain teaching quality
9. Look over all materials and constantly upgrade, then create new handouts / games.
10. Accomplish the other tasks distributed by the Academic Director.
11. Participate in the weekly meeting.
12. Act as a bridge between the FT teachers and the School
13. Provide new FT teacher's contract to HR. (full time and part time)


Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree from English speaking countries
2.Bilingual is necessary (Fluently English and Mandarin)
3.At least 2 years in English teaching experience
4.Candidate from Hong Kong,Singapore and Malaysia are welcome
5.2 days off during week day
