Job Description:

1. Assist to GM and Merchandise Managers to allocate purchase orders to the suppliers, update the order information in the system.

2. Coordinate with merchandising, fabric and logistic department for the order allocation details.

3. Work with the suppliers for the monthly capacity details and update the capacity report.

4. In charge of the trim requirement for different countries n different customers, send the customers' manuals to the relevant suppliers, check and approve the labels n price tickets for each order to ensure the production is correct.

5. Follow up the works assigned by GM and Merchandise Managers.

Requirement:

1. College graduated, textile or garment construction major is preferable

2. One year working experience in garment trading company or garment manufacture

3. Good English especially in written

4. Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft office excel, PP.etc
