岗位职责

1. Collaborates with top management, staff and external stakeholders to develop, manage and evaluate programs and process that improve the utilization of human capital and improve/enhance the patient experience.

2. Plans a critical role in delivery of a high quality patient experience by linking the ongoing issues/needs of patients to operational effectiveness

3. Responsible for communicating general information, providing general assistance and responding to all patient inquires, complaints and defining remedies

4. Develop and update patient handbook, food menu, patient rights documents, consent documents, SHU services brochures as well as other patient service related periodicals;

5. Monitor patient support systems including coffee shop, inpatient food service, children’s play area and other areas identified through collaboration with internal managers or staff;

6. Collaborate with facility managers and staff to ensure effective utilization of human capital for optimal operational efficiency;

7. Prepare and submit an annual budget for area of responsibility to upper management and control, monitor and report results on a monthly basis in order to achieve budget;

8. Participate in management and committee meetings as directed by GM;

9. Responsible for knowledge of pertinent duties outline by internal and external disaster plans;

10. Selects, trains, develop, motivate and monitor performance of direct reports;

11. Serves as administrator on call on a periodic basis;

12. Other responsibilities as assigned by GM.

1. Bachelor’s (University) degree or comparable education showing capability of analytical thinking

2. 3-5 years related working experience in a service oriented industry (preferably healthcare)
