岗位说明：

对于车辆，配件的保险业务熟悉；为客户提供车辆保险咨询服务，
负责个人客户车险跟踪、报价、上险及出险后的一系列服务，了解客户需求及客户对公司意见和建议的反馈；
积极跟踪销售线索，成功获取新客户并保持长期客户关系；配合店长完成客户车辆保险的各项服务
负责汽车产品及相关延伸产品的销售工作；定期提交保险市场业务动态报告和市场策略方案
具有较强的事故分析判断能力和良好的

任职资格:
教育背景:
汽车技术服务相关行业优先考虑。
经 验:
有优质的4S店渠道资源，具备4S店销售、售后或保险公司同岗工作经验者优先。
二年以上汽车险业务或其他客户服务工作经验者优先。
技能技巧:
沟通能力，语言表达能力，判断能力、电脑办工软件的基本操作能力行业认识，保险相关专业知识及相关汽车基础常识；
良好的沟通能力与组织协调能力，较强的服务意识
具有较强的数据安全和保密意识，并有一定的数据挖掘和分析能力；
态 度:
诚实守信，诚恳踏实，富有责任心，较强的压力承受能力
学习能力强，善于分析、思考问题；
有时间观念，独立性强，具备团队合作精神。
