l Develop and maintain strong working relationships with central government authorities including MOFCOM, NDRC, MIIT ,MOH, MOA, AQSIQ and SAIC etc and local government agencies especially with Hebei provincial government and Tangshan municipal government

l Build up and maintain strong relations with SAIC, CIQ and China Consumer's Association (CCA) at central and local level in order to help solve any issues or consumer's complaints aroused for Brands sales

l Build up and maintain relations with associations including CAEFI, ECFIC ,China Light Industry Federations and Investment Promotion Agencies under MOFCOM to help gain more opportunities for the company to approach local government at provincial and municipal level

l Build up strong relations with Governmental Personnel Bureau in SH, BJ, Guangzhou, etc where the company has offices and help HR department to solve any disputes on employment in case

l Be responsible to lobby concerns of the company or the industry with decision making or policy /regulation making ministries or departments

l Monitor and analyse the policies or regulations or the trends hereof related to foreign investment, import and export, merger and acquisition etc and provide strategic recommendation to the company

l Understand public relations and regulatory issues and be able to help open door for PR team and Regulatory team if as necessary

l Play key role in arranging global executives or SET for visits or meetings with high level officials at central and local government to help maintain top level relations for the company with government

l Play key roles in corporate crisis management and business crisis management

l Assist to develop strategies on key issues which may help raise corporate profile

l Work as a core member of the BJ site leadership team to help internal management and serve the employees

l Bachelor degree required, Master degree is a plus

l 10 + years working experience with 5+ years of experience in government relations is required, including expert knowledge of the Chinese government processes

l Strong network with government agencies preferred

l Experience of working for or with government or State Owned Enterprises (or similar organization) is highly preferred

l Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit required

l Spoken and written fluency in Mandarin and English is required
