岗位职责 Job Responsibilities:

1. In charge of account service and client relationship

2. Conduct account planning and review with management, service team and/or with clients

3. Provide effective communications, email and phone, to customers in Japan

4. Coordination with internal functions, such as company head office in US and Operation Center in Dalian

5. Timely problem resolution and change management

6. Continuous improvement on customer service quality

7. Bring up new service initiatives to manegement


人选要求 Qualification:


1. Bachelor degree with more than 5 years of work experience

2. Good knowledge on Information System and

3. Experience on Oracle HealthCare software or BPO is a plus

4. Knowledge of Call Center or familiar with clinical trials is a big plus

5. Willing to work on home base and open to business travels

6. Native Japanese, Fluent English
