Responsibility
?Build and maintain the accounting management system, ensure the accounts, ledgers and other related accounting activity to be in compliance with PRC GAAP standards and company accounting policy;
?Present financial statement and report accurately and timely, interpret and communicate the information to the management, monitor the financial status of the company and keep management updated;
?Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decision making, understand project profitability and identify related opportunity & risk;
?Assist management in the annual budget plan, compare the budget and actual expenses plans to identify and correct variances;
?Implements processes that properly track and report cost, revenue and profit;
?Coordinate tax issue and internal or external audit, ensure the best benefit of the company and also the compliance with the government rules;
?Identifies weaknesses of accounting control, making remedial changes to tighten and enhance controls as well as lessen risk.
?Coaches and mentors accountants and accounting clerks; assigns work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback;


Requirement
?Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or above;
?10 years of financial experience;
?Be familiar with PRC GAAP;
?Be good at communication, mentoring and management of a team;
?Has experience in engineering EPC industry preferred;
?Has the certified middle level accountant certificate;
