Responsibilities:

· Ensure period close activities are completed on a consistent, accurate, timely basis .

· Ability to provide quality reports to production offices and head offices, able to handle ad-hoc task satisfactorily and independently.

· Responsible for tax filling and declare with government agencies.

· Coordinate internal and external financial audits for the business and ensuring all legal, tax and accounting requirements are met.

· Monitors compliance of processes, transactions, and balances with accounting and finance policies, tax and statutory requirements, provide significant inputs professionally and immediately when problem shows up.

· Cooperate with payment team, approve payment files, and ensure all paid invoices are correct.

· Overall responsibility in related with General Ledger also Finance.

· Participate establish, execute and reinforce procedures for accounting, as well as for internal control procedures;

· Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

· University degree or above in Accounting or Finance;

· At least 5 years of relevant working experience.

· A team player, meticulous, able to work under pressure and tight deadline.

· Good communications skills with a good command of English and Mandarin.

· Clear thinking and problem solving: successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function involving process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideas.
