职位描述
Oversees the ongoing development of the product to continuously improve the product quality and KPIs Requirements analysis and prioritization.
Responsibilities
(1) Requirements analysis and prioritization
a. Maintain a clear process for all feature requests, using JIRA
b. Gather feature requests from all stakeholders
c. With the Live Game Manager and Online Supervisor, agree on high level priorities and validate the concrete roadmap
d. With the Live Production Team, ensure that feature requests are clear, contain no duplicates and unambiguous
(2) Ongoing development
a. Of the game / the service
i. Maintain a detailed roadmap for the next four weeks
ii. Supporting the Development Producer, ensure that the ongoing game development is in line with the roadmap
iii. Follow up on web development with the responsible Project Manager
iv. Maintain a general roadmap for all upcoming features and tool in the next six months
v. Ensure that there is an approval process before new features are deployed
vi. Ensure that a complete and up-to-date bug database is always available
vii. With the Live QA team, ensure that the product and the services are constantly tested and that all bugs are entered in the database
viii. Ensure that all bugs are prioritized according to their severity
b. Of our tools: Collaborate with the development team and the GIMPLI team to constantly improve the following tools (list is not exhaustive):
i. Tracking
ii. admin
iii. support
iv. marketing
v. A/B testing
vi. Retention Marketing
(3) Technical Operation
a. Availability
i. With the Technical Operator, ensure that the game meets defined availability goals.
ii. Ensure that maintenance is constantly optimized
iii. With the Live QA and the Technical Operator, ensure that
1. deployed versions function properly
2. deployment of new versions is optimized
(4) Internationalization and localization
a. Ensure that tasks in connection with the internationalization are scheduled and carried out following current priorities
b. Ensure the availability of localized versions by collaborating with the Ubisoft localization team
(5) Information Management
a. Maintain a complete and up-to-date SharePoint site that contains all information on the product (including the above mentioned documents)
b. Support the creation and constant update of the knowledge database Wiki on Live Operation
c. With the Live Game Manager, report to Director of Live Operation weekly on progress made, current risks, next steps
(6) Team Development
(7) Organization development
a. Based on your actual daily experiences, support the Director of Live Operation in the constant improvement of all Live Operation processes
