The Business Development Manager is responsible for referencing, contacting, following-up & closing all the contract deals with partners required to maximize Ubisoft games sales performances in China on both, mobile & online web base titles.

Included but not limited to the following accounts:
- APP Stores (Android & IOS)
- APP Search Engine (Baidu, Wandoujia, etc…)
- Manufacturers (Xiaomi, Lenovo, Haier, etc…)
- IGA agencies (TapJoy, Youmi, Google ad mob, etc…)
- Web base game platforms (7K7K, 4399, Duowan, etc…)


Report to the Business Director that will support him during the term negotiations phase.

Have an important coordination role to play since he will have to facilitate relations & resolution of daily issues between partners and Ubisoft operation team.

Work close to the Ops team & propose the best market strategy for our games (partner’s choice & timing).
Then, the Business Development Manager will follow the sales administration between partners, Ops and Ubisoft Financial team.


Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients. Maintain and update the BD database.
Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with key contacts
Follow-up and close contracts with the support of Finance & Legal department
Provide weekly report on contracts signature progress and as when required basis.
Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that key accounts needs will be integrated.
Negotiate visibility with partners & optimize IGA revenues (based on discussions with Ops).
