Come join a fast growing profitable healthcare technology company and help prepare for international expansion. Assist in brining company from 70+ employees to 120+ employees within 1 year and greatly improve and expand accounting and financial functions.



Financial manager/director

· Report to CEO - close relationship on all key decisions

· Manage financial matters for China company - financial and potentially others reporting

· Lead budgeting initiatives and key role with ROI calculations by project

· Potential role in preparing for capital raise

· Deal with multicurrency and transfer pricing issues - expansion into Brazil and USA

· Help understand accounting, tax, and legal impact of various global corporate legal structures for the company

· Cash management and revenue cycle management

· Cost control and trend analysis - internal procedures

· Financial statements, records, and reports

· Tax planning

· Maintenance with Chinese government and external auditors



Requirements:

· More than 5 years finance experience in MNC

· High level English and Mandarin required

· Big 4 accounting firms experience is a plus

· Startup or expansion stage company experience a plus
