岗位描述:

1. 根据公司经营现状及国家法律法规规定，参与拟定公司制造、人工等成本分析制度，提出合理化建议，符合当地法定会计准则。

2. 了解制造业流程, 负责公司的成本核算及成本分析，准确及时对日常标准成本进行维护和计算，控制收入与成本的配比，协助年度标准成本的设置；

3. 负责工厂成本与费用控制；工厂固定资产控制和基建资本支出控制；工厂生产的产品成本核算；工厂生产能力跟踪、生产线收率核算和计划生产量控制；工厂绩效核算、预测和分析；工厂财务的差异分析；

4. 实施库存管理；负责每个月、年度原料仓和车间仓库的存货盘点以及最终结果的分析、调整；同时根据经公司审核确认的盘库差异报告将差异进行账务处理；

5. 归集项目成本费用，随时记录汇总各项目发生的成本费用数据；

6. 负责产品的盈利分析及相关生产与计划差，协助各部门进行相关销售预估及费用预算;

7. 完成公司管理层交给的其他工作；根据公司要求,评估成本方案，及时改进成本核算方法。

职位要求:

1. 财务会计相关专业本科以上毕业，年龄30-40岁；有一定的英语书写、表达能力；

2. 有5年以上中小型制造型企业成本会计经历，具有中级会计职称或以上职称；成本会计的经验丰富者优先；

3. 有团队合作精神，服从领导安排，责任心强，细心严谨；

4. 熟悉ERP；能熟练使用EXCEL进行数据处理分析工作；

5. 有较强的合作与沟通能力。

Job Description:

1. According to company management and national laws and regulations, involved in the elaboration of manufacturing companies, labor cost analysis system, put forward rationalization proposals;

2. Understand the manufacturing process, responsible for company's cost accounting and cost analysis, accurate and timely maintenance of standard costs and calculations, control of cost-income ratio, assist in the annual standard costs setting;

3. Responsible for factory cost and expenditure control; factory fixed asset control and infrastructure capital expenditure control; factory manufacturing and product costing; tracking of factory manufacturing capacity, Control of Product line charge accounts and planned production volume; factory performance accounting, forecasting and analysis; factory financial variance analysis;

4. Implement and manage inventory control of the physical quantity. Responsible for monthly and annual stock count (or any other acceptable methodology which will deliver a strong level of accuracy) of raw materials and finished goods in warehouse. Physical stock count result should be compare to book record and differences should be investigated and analysed. All required adjustments (differences) should be approved and adjusted accordingly;

5. Be involved in projects to increase productivity and improve financial performance and be able to provide aggregate projects cost records and data at any time;

6. Responsible for margin analysis and manufacturing variance analysis (vs planned target). Investigate manufacturing variances and ensure proper follow-up to resolve issues if any. Coordinate with various departments in setting sales targets and expense budget.

7. Any ad-hoc assignment given by Management. e.g. evaluate various costing approach, improving cost accounting method and so on.

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Degree in Accountancy,
• Age between 30-40, Mandarin and English proficiency
• Possess at least 5 years working experience in small, medium size manufacturing enterprise.
• Prior experience in Costing and/or BOM a must
• Able to work as a team, be responsible, meticulous and communicate effectively
• Familiar with ERP system and good computer skills in Microsoft Words, Excel & PowerPoint.
