根据主管要求处理日常展会前的沟通及现场事宜

能独立完成展会项目实施的各项工作
职责:
1)与意向客户沟通;
2)通过细致认真的服务为客户展位的搭建提供报价;
3)通过报价、合同洽谈等活动识别顾客要求;

4）跟进展商要求，满足订单的更改，及时联系设计师提供变更图纸;
5)为客户提供售前至售后的服务;

6）应明确对客户要求采购的产品和加工产品，确保采购要求的准确、详实;
7)独立负责项目的跟单工作,具有活动现场的掌控能力;
8)参加各类展会并了解行业动态;

9)其他部门经理交办的工作事宜。


要求:
1、语言沟通能力强，工作条理清晰,有责任心
2、1年以上展会行业跟单经验
3、乐观、积极、好学的工作态度
4、有出色的执行能力，完成公司每个月的工作指标，团队配合意识强
5、英语4级以上，能熟练运用英语进行工作交流,文书制作,口语能力突出
6、能承受工作压力,热爱会展行业及销售,以此为发展目标


Responsibilities:
1) Communication with target customers;
2) Offer quotations through careful and meticulous service for customers booth construction;
3) Through quotation, contract negotiations and other activities to identify customer requirements;
4) Follow-up exhibitors to meet the changes of orders, contact the designer to change the drawings;
5) To provide pre-sales to after-sale service;
6) should be made clear to customers requirements of the procurement of products and processed products,to ensure that the procurement requirements of accurate and detailed;
7) Independent charge of the project with a single work, with the active site of the ability to control;
8) participate in various exhibitions and understanding of industry dynamics.

Requirements:

1, language ability, clarity, a sense of responsibility，
2, have more than 1 year sales experience in exhition or related fields，
3, optimistic, positive, diligent work attitude，
4, has a strong ability to execute, complete the company's monthly target of the work，
5, proficient use of English for work，
