Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of company's product development according to Product Development Process and customer's specific requirement
- Assist in engineering services contracted to company
- Lead establishment of cross functional teams to meet program deliverables across regions and plants
- Deliver assigned programs/ projects to profitability, timing and quality targets
- Lead successful executive gateway reviews for each project
- Lead development of action plans to resolve all program issues (Risk Management)
- Manage the change control process and lead cost study associated to change
- Ensure lessons learn from lead program to be transferred into responsible program
- Coach the cross function team on Company/Customer's product development process/requirements
- Coordinate customer program's visit/audit to plants
- Lead global communication/review meeting for global program Develop and Strengthen the business relationship with customers
- Assist in development of business cases for new projects in terms of set up timing plan and budgeting
- Perform special studies/ projects at manager's direction

- This position is for Halla Climate Control (Shanghai) Technology Co. Ltd.

Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor degree major in engineering related; oversea education background is preferred.
- At least 3 years related development work experience for automotive climate control system or sub-system
- Ability to independently plan, prioritize and manage work tasks and people
- Ability to Prepare and Deliver technical presentations
- Knowledge of Quality tools and system, like ISO/TS16949, problem resolution method-8D, basic quality tools
- Strong communication skill and oriented in details.
- Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese.
- Capable of working independently under pressure and good team work spirit and harmonizing ability
