KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-> Supplier audit and supplier quality improvement;

-> Quality control of sample parts developing;

-> Verify and report fulfillment of Product Quality Planning, Verify sample for local and global sourcing parts in the parts approval process within the target dates;

-> Based on Statistic supplier PPM monthly to take actions identifying the weakness of suppliers and offer on time support to enhance quality level and fix each and every quality issues;

-> Coaching supplier with the parts application, technical requirements, discussing with supplier to determine the right process/tools to reach the target quality, avoiding rework and later problems;

-> Supervises and maintains the supplier corrective action system, follow up 8D and train suppliers on quality tools & methodology.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-> Bachelors Degree or above in Mechanical or Engineering fields;

-> At least 5 years, or more, experience in SQA or similar area relating to quality covering product validation, project implementation and auditing;

-> Familiar with IS09000 and other quality system and implementation;

-> Working experience in quality control and operation/coordinating champing the on-site quality issue solving;

-> Good at Fabrication parts and knowledge of welding and welding fixtures adjustment is a must.

-> Strong Analytical & technical skills with the ability to read and understand technical specifications such as drawings, standards and technical regulations;

-> Good communication, organization, coordination abilities and high spirit of teamwork;

-> Familiar with common measurement tools usage: calipers, 3-D instrument and so on.

-> Strong written and verbal communication English.
