Job Responsibility:

-Penetrate into OEM project of construction machinery manufacturer.

-Built up local product Know-how and distribute information.

-Contract negotiation; introduce the products traits to customers.

-Recruit distributor/agent for different projects and develop new sales opportunities in assigned sales territory.

-Service accounts on with regular visits or contact with new and existing customers in assigned sales area.

-Assist, where appropriate, Sales Manager with other visits as designated.

-First line of contact for customer problem resolution.

-Coordinates work between engineering, production, accounting, quality and customer, where appropriate.

-May become involved in product engineering aspects of sales process, depending on background and experience.

-Maintains appropriate records for reports (monthly plan / review, annual sales plan, rolling sales forecast etc). and sales analysis as required by Sales Manger.

-Work out and implement business development plan.

-Meet or exceed annual targets for sales, margins, market share, or other criteria as established by Sales Manager.

-May prepare other documents or records, attend required meetings, assist other departments on projects, other work as assigned by Sales Manager.

Professional Skills Required:

-University Degree.

-More than 3 years of relevant working experience.

-Familiar with construction machinery industry.

-Good sales & marketing knowledge.

-Good communication skill, negotiation ability.

-Team workable, result-oriented, time management.

-Good attitude to work with customer, sales and other parties.

-Able to work under pressure.

-Work independently with minimum supervision.

-Willing to travel.
