Job Summary:

Complete sales report for daily/weekly/monthly timely and accurately; Upload sales data to BI system; Support Sales/BDM to do more sales analysis after month-end, such as Budget Vs. Forecast Vs. Actual; Monthly commission accrual and payment.

Job Descriptions:

Complete daily/ weekly/ monthly sales report timely and accurately, including actual sales data, backlog/rolling forecast. Support and provide Sales/BDM/AO or other Dept. sales data.

Do sales analysis after month-end closing, such as Budget Vs. Rolling forecast Actual, Last YTD Vs. Current YTD

Upload weekly sales to BI system. Confirm the slaes uploading correct with Cognos at month-end.

Commission calculate and accrue based on monthly sales and prepare commission payment request.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree of accounting or finance

Good command of English, both oral and written

Positive working attitude, strong responsibilities and good communication skills

Oracle processing experience is preferred
