Tasks Description

Job Summary/ Position Purpose
？ Accountant within accounts payable team located in BCL provides business service to all legal entities in SCS Service scope for accounts payable related function.
？ Implement the best practice in accounts receivable process and ensure that standards of Bayer group as well as the relevant local regulations are implemented and fulfilled.

Major responsibilities
？ Verify all incoming invoices and payments requests and ensure the alignment with company policy and process daily Accounts Payable transactions
？ Verify appropriate approvals of invoices, investigate, and resolve accounts payable issues.
？ Double check other accountants’ booking in SAP, and release payment block
？ Communicate with requestor on problem solving for invoice issue
？ Monitor payable records and due date, check and clear vendor open item on regular basis.
？ Assist in the completion of internal and external audit requirements

Education, Qualifications and Skills
？ College or above, major in Finance, accounting or related will be preferred
？ Familiar with MS office, better to have SAP system experience
？ AP related experience will be preferred
？ Good Mandarin and English, both written and oral
？ Stress handling be able to work under pressure
？ Be flexible to take multi tasks and different task
