Job Responsibility:

The major responsibility of this role is to understand client needs and markets in order to find a best solution, including price, capacity, security, etc for clients to support their business development. Work with teammates to ensure client needs and expectations are met, and business placement is timely completed.

Job Requirements:

1. Quicklearning;
2. Ability to build relationships in the markets with the guidance of supervisors;
3. Develop a good understanding of Chinese & international re/insurance markets;
4. Good problem solving skills;
5. Good interpersonal skills;
6. Good command of English in both writing and speaking;
7. Ability to work well as member of a team;
8. Demonstrate a good level of numeracy and responsiblilty;
9. Bachelor degree or higher.

岗位职责：

凭借对分出公司的需求和市场情况的了解，为其寻求尽可能好的再保解决方案，包括价格、承保能力、再保人资信等等，以支持客户的业务发展。和团队成员共同确保分出公司的需求和期望能得到满足，委托的业务能及时安排。

岗位要求：

1. 学习能力强；
2. 能在上级的指导下建立与市场的关系；
3. 较好的了解国内外的保险、在保险市场；
4. 有能力独自解决问题；
5. 善于人际沟通；
6. 较强的英语读写及口语能力；
7. 良好的团队合作精神；
8. 较强的数字分析能力和责任心；
9. 本科或以上学历。
