Descriptions:
BD (Business Development) team drives core value in our Sales & Marketing Department. BD executive(B2B International Sales) takes care of new clients’ development and management from China or the other Asia regions. The business opportunity featured services include demand generation program, BSNS corporate membership, commercial events partnership, and online advertisement program, etc. The working language is mainly English in the highly dynamic business environment.

Executive include, but are not limited to:
- Identify potential partners and key growth opportunities
- Develop and manage new clients from China or the other Asia regions
- Lead and complete business partnership with prospects and key accounts
- Achieve corporate development strategy; negotiate with clients, pursue and secure successful contracting, closing of deals
- Fulfill assigned sales target to deliver and convey competitiveness of community product/ brokerage services to the intentional clients
- Conduct service proposals; plan, manage and support other external communications, including drafting letters and prompting phone calls, client visits, etc.
- Work with partners and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Assist project payment tracing if necessary
- Perform other job- related duties as required
Requirements:
- Mastery of Oral English at business level
- Passionate, focus, intelligent, visionary and aggressive
- Excellent sales skills, diplomatic and persuasive, make sales plan and meet the deadlines
- Demonstrate business acumen (financial understanding and negotiation skills), strategic thinking and management skills
- Excellent chief level business communication and interpersonal skills
- Telesales/ field sales experience of B2B solutions and services is preferred
- Independent yet a team player, result- oriented, strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure. Self- driven, self- motivated, innovative and creative
- Cultural sensitivity, strong work ethics, be politically savvy, and able to build and maintain client relationships
- Confident and outgoing, emotionally stable and mature
- Comfortable in an environment undergoing change and growth
- Long commitment with the company is preferred
- Oversea experience or study is preferred

主要职责包括:
- 锁定潜在业务伙伴,拉动主要业务增长
- 开拓中国以及亚洲其他地区客户市场
- 主导完成业务合作
- 落实公司发展战略;进行客户洽谈,成功完成订单
- 完成分配的销售指标,向客户展示社区产品以及商业响铃服务优势
- 提交服务方案,规划支持外部沟通,例如起草信函,电话联络,客户拜访等
- 与合作伙伴客户以及内部团队协同合作,确保项目顺利实施
- 协助催收项目支付款
- 其他安排的任务
任职资格:
- 商务英语口语娴熟
- 热情专注,思路敏捷,积极进取
- 销售技巧出色,善与人打交道,有说服力,制定销售计划,如期完成工作
- 良好的商业触觉,擅长人际关系管理
- 掌握企业高层沟通技巧
- 坚定、有责任心、乐观向上
- 有B2B解决方案销售经验或电话销售经验者优先
- 能独立完成任务,也能团队合作,注重结果,能在压力下胜任工作
- 追求自我价值提高,积极进取,富有开创精神
- 了解不同文化特点,遵守职业操守,有悟性,擅长建立维护客户关系
- 自信坚定、外向沉稳
