JOB DESCRIPTION
Program Analyst – works as an operation research analyst and technical professional who analyze corporate programs to assist in the development of Enterprise Logistic Management System to get a more efficient systems, reducing costs, improving programs. The position will collaborate with outside technique developers to make sure all system requirements are transferred into high-quality deliverables. The position will also coordinate with other global cross functional teams including data architects and development teams to assess the technical feasibility of the requirements develop the solutions and support systems testing.
Job Responsibilities
* Responsible for the designing and developing of in-house customized applications, enhancements on various applications and the interface in between.
* Develop the reports to fulfill business needs
* Review the technical design from vendor
* Review and monitor the development process to meet certain standard of coding and quality control.
* Manage the testing process , especially for unit test and SIT
* Track and resolve the defects occurred along the development and the existing systems, consistently following change control procedures.
* Participate in all phases of IT project life cycle, i.e. user requirements definition; risk assessment; systems analysis and design activities; application programming and testing; training and documentation; software package selection and implementation.
* Building and maintaining appropriate client relationships, at all levels, during delivery of project.
* Maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
* Contact related supplier to solve problem in case malfunction occurs on application.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in an Information Technology or Business Systems related discipline.
* Above 5 years working experience as application developer/QA in a MNC environment.
* Experience in traditional SDLC and agile development methodology
* Knowledgeable in test, QA and version control


* Proven ability to operate independently as well as within a team environment. Must be able to work with technical and non-technical staff at all levels. Skilled in interpreting customer requirements and proactively turning them into solutions.
* Strong communications skills both orally and written. Ability to write reports, procedure manuals and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
* Solid skill and knowledge in one or more of following systems /development platforms
a Web application development with JAVA and MS .net environment
b MS SQL and Oracle Database
c BI reporting system (Oracle Business Intelligence, SQL Reporting Service )
d Microsoft Share point
e Oracle ERP (JDE or EBS)
* Willing to work in a fast pace , dynamic and high pressure working environment while providing timely, effective and accurate deliverables
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work successfully in a cross-functional team environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication with solid presentation skills are a must.
* Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-tasks
* Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision (i.e. self-motivated and willing to stretch to meet important deadlines)
* Fluent in English.
