职位描述

岗位职责
1 协助制定公司人力资源整体战略规划;
2 起草、修改和完善人力资源相关管理制度和工作流程;
3 监督控制各部门绩效评价过程并不断完善绩效管理体系,提出激励计划和具体实施办法,完善激励机制提出建议,负责薪酬计发管理为薪酬决策提供支持;
4 制定招聘计划和程序,开展招聘工作;
5 制定培训计划,实施培训方案,组织完成培训工作和培训后的情况跟踪,完善培训体系;
6 受理员工投诉,处理劳动争议、纠纷,进行劳动诉讼;
7 参与职位管理、组织机构设置,组织编写、审核各部门职能说明书与职位说明书;
8 参与本部门的日常事务管理工作,协助完成本部门员工工作考核、激励及部门资金的预算和控制等工作;
9 指导规划员工活动,协助推动公司理念及企业文化的形成。


任职资格
1 制造、人力资源等相关专业本科以上学历;
2 六年以上人力资源管理工作经验,至少两年同等管理岗位工作经验,有制造企业从业经验者犹佳;
3 熟悉人力资源招聘、薪酬、绩效考核、培训等规定和流程,熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策;
4 具有较强的语言表达能力、人际交往能力、应变能力、沟通能力及解决问题的能力,有亲和力,较强的责任感与敬业精神;
5 熟练使用常用办公软件及网络应用,熟悉ERP软件者优先。


Responsibilities
1 assist in the development company's overall strategic planning of human resources;
2 drafting, revising and improving human resources management system and related work processes;

3 supervision and control departments continue to improve the performance evaluation process and performance management systems, incentive schemes and proposed specific measures for implementation, improve the incentive mechanism proposals, responsible for the management of pay calculated and paid compensation decision-making support;
4 to develop recruitment plans and procedures to carry out recruitment;
5 to develop training programs, training programs, organize and complete training and post-training follow the situation and improve the training system;

6 receiving staff complaints, deal with labor disputes, disputes of labor litigation;
7 in position management, organizational settings, organizational preparation, audit functions of various departments and job description manual;
8 participate in the daily affairs of the department management, assist in the completion of the department employee evaluation, motivation and departmental capital budget and control work;
9 guide the planning staff activities to help promote the company philosophy and corporate culture formation.


Qualifications
1 manufacturing, human resources and other related undergraduate degree or above;

More than
2 years experience in human resources management, equal at least two years experience in management positions, there were still making good business experience;
3 familiar with human resource recruitment, compensation, performance appraisal, training and other regulations and procedures, labor and personnel familiar with the various state regulations and policies;

4 has strong language skills, interpersonal skills, adaptability, communication skills and problem-solving ability, affinity, a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism;

5 skilled use of common office software and network applications, familiar with ERP software preferred.
